Description
- We are looking to hire part-time and full-time positions at the Outdoor Insiders, a hunting & outdoor store. These positions will be responsible in assisting clients with making informed purchases from top Archery brands like Mathews, PSE, Hoyt, Ravin, and TenPoint. Archery specialists will perform general maintenance, repair, and assembly of compounds and crossbows on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and helping them to navigate the store/ assigned department
- Engage with customers and help them to find products to fit their specific needs
- Maintaining a clean workspace / general storefront organization
- Keeping track of inventory and restocking needs
- Occasional help with the cashiers during busy times
- May be asked to assist the purchasing and marketing departments with related work overflow
- Occasional assistance the 3D Archery range
Requirements
- Knowledge of the hunting / outdoor industry
- Well experienced in their respected industry / market
- Solid understanding of brands and models
- Sufficient knowledge of basic computer operations
- Willing to continue education on the brands we carry and stay up to date on the latest product releases.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment on your own during busy times
- Must be able to take initiative and solve small problems as they come up
- Willingness to cross-train in other areas of the store (as needed)
